Some of our products which require drivers may not have drivers for, or may not be compatible with, the latest PC Operating Systems. If possible, please always check compatibility before you order.
If you have a product and do not have the latest drivers, please enquire as we may be able to supply drivers for the latest computer software.

Return products
Before returning any product to Hills a returns authorisation number must be obtained. Please submit the following completed form:

Please complete all sections (except 'OFFICE USE ONLY'), then either email, fax or post to our returns department. Upon receipt your application will be processed and if approved a returns number issued. You will then be contacted with the authorisation number.
Please DO NOT send goods back unless you have obtained an authorisation number. Customer returns can only be processed if an authorisation number has been issued.
