How to Order
Products may be located by any of the following, all of which are located at left of page:
- 'Browse' (by product group & sub-sections) - Recommended method.
- 'Find products... by part number' (enter Hills part number).
- 'Manufacturer' (show only items from a selected manufacturer).
- 'New Products' (items added since our last catalogue).
- 'Offers' (our current special offers).
- 'Packaging options' (items available in custom blister packs & dispenser boxes).
When a product page is shown you can add desired quantity to your 'basket', or add to 'favourites' to save for later. Your basket is saved between visits so an order may be built up over multiple sessions if desired. Products saved in favourites can be added to your basket at any time.
After all required items have been added to your basket click the 'checkout' button at the bottom of the basket page to proceed with order. A summary of your order will be displayed above a form which you should complete with relevant details. Please DO NOT enter any credit card details as this is not a secure page - if your chosen payment method is credit card a member of our sales team will contact you for details after order submission.
Finally, click 'Submit Order' below the form to send order to Hills. The subsequent page will display an order reference number which should be quoted during any query. An order summary will also be emailed to your chosen email address.

- Cheque with Order
- Credit Account
